Terms of service
Last updated: [date]
1. About these terms
These terms are between [Company Name] Ltd trading as Sorted PA (“we”, “us”), company number [00000000], and the business signing up (“you”). Sorted PA is a business-to-business service for limited companies and other trading businesses; it is not offered to consumers.
2. What we provide
An admin assistant you contact by WhatsApp (and email where agreed) that drafts quotes and invoices, books jobs into your calendar, sends reminders, chases unpaid invoices and requests reviews, depending on your plan. Our team sets up your workspace and checks work.
3. Your approval
We will not send any quote, invoice, reminder, chaser or review request to your customers without your approval (“yes”). You are responsible for checking drafts before you approve them, including prices, VAT, dates and customer details. Approved documents are sent in your business’s name.
4. Plans, fees and payment
- Starter: £89 per month plus a £149 one-off setup fee.
- Core: £179 per month plus a £249 one-off setup fee.
- Pro: £299 per month plus a £399 one-off setup fee.
Prices exclude VAT. Monthly fees are charged in advance [by direct debit / card – confirm]. Each plan includes a monthly message allowance; if you regularly go over it we’ll talk to you about changing plan before charging anything extra. [Confirm overage approach.]
5. Cancelling
Plans run month to month with no minimum term. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@sortedpa.uk; the service continues to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has started. [Confirm.] On request we’ll return a copy of your data, then delete it as set out in our privacy policy.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and keep your account details secure.
- Make sure you have the right to share your customers’ details with us and to contact them.
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive.
7. Data protection
We process your customers’ personal data as your processor under the data processing agreement in [Schedule 1 – to be drafted], in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8. Liability
[To be drafted by a solicitor: limitation of liability, exclusions, cap (e.g. fees paid in the previous 12 months), and what we are not responsible for – e.g. errors in drafts you approved, third-party tool outages.]
9. Changes to the service or these terms
We’ll give you at least [30] days’ notice of changes to prices or important terms. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. [Confirm.]
